Counseling Center Outreach Workshops & Programs

The center regularly provides outreach and consultation for the university.  Workshops, seminars, and guest lectures are available to faculty, staff, and students upon request. These services are designed to provide groups with information which enhances personal effectiveness and well-being, thus contributing to the retention and overall growth of students.

To request a program, please call Dr. Connie S. Briscoe at 974-2196 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If she is not available, you will be able to leave a message for her and she will get back to you as soon as possible to take your outreach program request.

If you do not see a program listed here that you are interested in having for your group please contact Dr. Briscoe. We will attempt to accommodate special requests on topics focusing on other psychological issues.

We would appreciate your giving us at least two weeks notice because the Center staff often become quite busy toward the middle and end of the semester and sometimes cannot accommodate last minute requests.
